In 2005 Amanda Shipley bought her first home and the experience sparked her interest in real estate. She eventually became a landlord and property manager and networked with other landlords to assist in tenant placement based on her vast social network. In 2013 she became a licensed Realtor and by 2018 had sold over 100 homes. She is a project manager for her own flips and is always looking for the next client to assist and next house to flip!
