Bio

Eric van Swol is a graduate of the George Washington University and the University of Maryland. Trained as an urban planner, Eric developed General Plans, Zoning Ordinances and Subdivision Regulations for the District of Columbia, seven towns and three counties in Maryland. Additionally, Eric performed economic and market analysis for numerous private clients.

Building on his planning background Eric van Swol expanded into real estate sales. For over 40 years Eric has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer --- specializing in new home sales, residential resales, farm land development and finished lot sales. Eric has taught consumer real estate and real estate practices and principles at Howard Community College, Loyola University and Towson University.
