I am a licensed full-time Realtor specializing in Harford County and Central/Northern Baltimore City. I rely primarily on referrals from my client base and repeat clients. I became (and remain!) a Realtor because of my sincere desire to help others negotiate and navigate their way through the most/one of the most significant purchases of their lives. I feel a tremendous sense of accomplishment upon selling someone's home for them and assisting them in moving on to the next chapters of their life. The joy and excitement on a Buyer's face when they find their perfect home is particularly satisfying. I have an extraordinary amount of energy. I am a very creative person, whether its looking at opportunities from many angles or, utilizing limited resources in staging a property. The prospect of moving is stressful enough, I take pride in making the process fun and exciting. I am always happy to walk through a home, even if you're just thinning about fixing it up to give you ideas of what to refresh, repair or replace and to let you know what the market is bringing for similar homes in your area. Everyone's journey takes a different path and I'm always there to help my clients find their destination at their own pace.
